At Miss Jwelle, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Here’s a clear and transparent overview of our return, exchange, and refund policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are eligible for refunds in the form of Miss Jwelle Wallet credit.

  • Items sold at a discounted or strike-through price (without using a coupon) are eligible for return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing items.
    Please record the package being opened from its sealed state to ensure your claim is considered.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Enter your Order ID  and registered contact number.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Provide the required details:

    • Reason for return

    • Upload at least two images

    • Pickup address and preferred date

    • Preferred refund method

  4. Review all details and submit your request.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and quality verification, as per RBI guidelines.

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refunded to your provided UPI ID or bank account


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
