Eligibility for Returns

You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are eligible for refunds in the form of Miss Jwelle Wallet credit.

Items sold at a discounted or strike-through price (without using a coupon) are eligible for return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing items.
Please record the package being opened from its sealed state to ensure your claim is considered.
How to Initiate a Return
